If you DO NOT agree with the terms and conditions mentioned here, you refuse to become part of this agreement. In this case, choose NOT to use the services available on astraelectric.ro.

The administrator of the astraelectric.ro website reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time without prior notice to the individuals using it, hereinafter referred to as “Users.” Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of service use, to be able to consult them at any time.

Personal Information and Confidentiality

The personal data provided by you for the issuance of the proforma invoice, final invoice, and contract are confidential and are used in accordance with Law no. 677/2001 regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in electronic communications, the website administrator will administer the personal data provided by users in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes.

We inform you that the personal data provided by users to the website administrator are processed for the purpose of offering the service under optimal conditions. Users understand and accept that the personal data they provide are processed for the optimal provision of internet services, advertising, marketing, and publicity services, statistics, and/or provision of goods and services by the website administrator.

The payment card data of the client/user/buyer will not be accessible to astraelectric.ro and will not be stored by astraelectric.ro or by the payment processor integrated into the site, but only by the institution authorizing the transaction or another entity authorized to provide card identification data storage services, about whose identity the client/user/buyer will be informed prior to entering the data.

The right of consumers to unilaterally terminate the contract

Commercial relationships between the buyer and astraelectric.ro are officially regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000 on the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

By registering, the user fully and unconditionally accepts the provisions of these terms and conditions and undertakes to use the service strictly in accordance with them. Users who have an account created on the astraelectric.ro platform understand and accept that the continued use of their account, as well as any further access or visit to the site, any page thereof, and/or the use of the service, as well as any component thereof, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions and any provisions therein. Failure to accept the terms and conditions by the user mentioned above obliges them to immediately cease accessing the site.

4. a statement indicating that the use of the work included as part of the service is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. a notarized statement confirming that the statement in point 4 is accurate and that you are the owner of the work or authorized by the owner of the work to act on their behalf;

Services and registration

Access requires your registration as a user on the site based on authentication data provided by the organizers following payment of the training fee and proof of payment.

The services are accessible to anyone who has reached the age of 18 and has paid for them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, for being at least 18 years old, and for being competent and capable of complying with this agreement.

Registration involves providing complete and accurate data necessary for issuing the proforma invoice, final invoice, and opening the training account. Providing incomplete or untrue data will result in the denial/suspension/cancellation by astraelectric.ro of the right to use the site and services.

Throughout the use of your account, you are solely responsible for the activities carried out under your account. Disclosing your account data – username and password – to a third party is strictly prohibited. The use of your account by a third party will result in the immediate closure of the account without any compensation from astraelectric.ro and you will bear the legal consequences for violating the rights of the author and these terms and conditions.

The services, information, and materials on the site as part of the services, including, without limitation, the logo, documents, video materials, audio materials, applications, tests, articles, graphics, tools, any files, generically referred to as “content,” are the property of astraelectric.ro and its collaborators and are protected by copyright.

If you fully comply with the terms and conditions and become a party to this agreement, astraelectric.ro grants you a revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access the materials included in your access level and print on paper the study materials, applications, and tools provided, solely for personal and non-commercial training purposes.

The use of services and content is only permitted in accordance with applicable laws and the terms/conditions set forth in this agreement. Except where you obtain the written consent of astraelectric.ro, it is strictly prohibited to:

1. to publish, reproduce, rephrase, duplicate, or distribute content or parts of the content to a third party;
2. to use the services and content for purposes other than your personal education
3. to allow another person to use the services and content by accessing your account;
4. to deactivate the security measures that protect the services / content;
5. to use the services in a manner that threatens their integrity, performance, or availability;
6. to delete, remove, or hide any copyright notices from any section of the services and content.

The services, information, and materials existing on the Site as part of the Services, including but not limited to the logo, documents, video materials, audio materials, applications, tests, articles, graphics, tools, any files, generically referred to as “content,” are the property of astraelectric.ro and its collaborators and are protected by copyright.

If you fully comply with the Terms and Conditions and become a part of this Agreement, https://www.astraelectric.ro will grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials included in your level of access and to print on paper the study materials, applications, and tools offered, solely for personal and non-commercial educational purposes.

Payment

The online training services can be accessed for a fee. Payment confirmation leads to the opening of the training account and granting access to the respective service. Once the payment is made and access is granted, the sale is considered final.

Duration / Account Closure

Once created, the account remains valid for an indefinite period or until you decide to close it, or, if applicable, until a date on which astraelectric.ro, with prior email notification, ceases to offer this service. Lifetime access is defined as follows: the entire lifetime of the customer or the entire lifetime of the services offered by astraelectric.ro. Lifetime access automatically ceases when astraelectric.ro no longer offers this service or the buyer is no longer alive.

The right to use the created account automatically ceases upon your breach of the provisions of this agreement. In this case, you are solely responsible for all expenses related to the account even after its closure. astraelectric.ro is not responsible for any loss of data/information caused by the closure of your account.

Delivery of the products

Delivery of products and services from astraelectric.ro is exclusively electronic. Any other products delivered on physical media are considered a gift and are not mandatory parts of the core product.

Quality and money back guarantee

Any customer can request a refund within 15 days, for any reason. After the 15-day period from purchase, you may opt out of the membership program by canceling your account or by sending a message to the dedicated member support page. In this case, the money will not be refunded.

Disclaimer regarding warranty

The services and content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. You are solely responsible for any delay/loss due to accessing/using the content/services, including losses of content through file corruption, hardware issues, your inability to use the content, or any type of incompatibility.

Link to third-parties

The services may contain links to websites controlled by third parties. You agree that astraelectric.ro is not responsible for the operation, availability, and content of these websites.

Agreement update

When necessary, astraelectric.ro updates the terms of this agreement and posts the updated version. It is your responsibility to review the agreement and be informed about any changes.
